You will become more body aware, gain flexibility, Muscle Strength and Endurance, Joint Mobility, Core Strength, Coordination, Tone and confidence. Reformer Pilates exercises will not long make you feel overall better but it will help with any spinal issues or joints by ensuring both large and smaller muscle groups are being worked.
I have spinal injuries, is Reformer Pilates okay for me? ↓
Yes, Reformer Pilates can not only help you live a pain-free life but it can also strengthen the muscles needed to become more mobile and comfortable in every day life.
I am new to Reformer Pilates, Where do I start? ↓
If you are a brand newbie and suffer from injuries then we suggest you book in for a one-on-one assessment that will run for 60 minutes long. During the assessment we will access your body and movement and work towards giving you an idea on where to go next.
How often should I attend a Reformer Pilates Class? ↓
With everything in life – Consistency is the key. We recommend 2-3 sessions per week.
What should I wear and bring to class? ↓
If you are coming to a Reformer Pilates Class or Private Pilates Class we require Grippy Socks – We sell SOCK-IT & CO.™ Pilates socks in the studio for $20. Activewear is suggested to wear during your class. Please always bring a water bottle and a towel if you are a heavy sweater.
