What is Reformer Pilates?
Low-impact, high-intensity, balanced, and precise; Reformer Pilates takes the best elements from the traditional Mat technique, and incorporates elements that allow for more intense exercise with a larger range of motion.
The Reformer works to provide fully individualised workouts catered to each person’s physical capabilities and goals, allowing for improved strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and posture.
